Notice of Early Voting

All early voting for the November 4, 2025 General Election will take place at the Utah County Elections Office, located at 100 E Center Street Room 3100, Provo, UT 84606.

Early voting will take place each weekday beginning Monday, October 27 and ending Monday, November 3, 2025. Polls will be open between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM each weekday.

More information about early voting in the 2025 General Election, may be obtained by any of the following means:

This notice fulfills the requirements of Utah Code § 20A-3a-604.

The Utah County Elections Division will conduct a post-election audit of the 2025 Municipal / Local School Board Election on Wednesday August 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Anyone desiring to witness or participate in the audit is invited to attend. Anyone who lives in the boundaries of the respective school board who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy between June 2 and June 6, 2025. Declarations of Candidacy must be filed with the Utah County Clerk at the Utah County Election Office, 100 East Center Street, Room 3100, Provo, Utah during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm). The candidate filing fee will be $50.00.

Pursuant to Section 10-3-301 (2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Spring Lake, Utah to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election are:
